01 / CLIENT OWNERSHIP

All artwork, logos, and specific technical designs (Tech Packs) provided by you remain your exclusive property. Active Studio claims no ownership over the creative concepts you submit for manufacturing.

02 / DESIGN CONFIDENTIALITY

We operate under strict confidentiality. Your unique patterns and designs are never shared with other clients, nor are they used for any production outside of your authorized orders.

03 / STUDIO ASSETS

While you own your designs, the proprietary manufacturing processes, specialized "Active Studio" blank templates, and website content remain the intellectual property of Active Studio.

04 / SHOWCASE & PORTFOLIO

Unless otherwise requested via a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Active Studio reserves the right to showcase finished garments in our portfolio or social media to demonstrate our manufacturing capabilities.
