01 / PRODUCTION LEAD TIME
Standard manufacturing for custom apparel typically takes 10 to 15 business days depending on order volume. This does not include shipping transit time. We prioritize precision in every stitch before your order leaves our studio.
02 / WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
We ship globally via premium carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment in real-time.
03 / CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Active Studio is not responsible for these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
