POLICY.
Transparent terms for a seamless manufacturing partnership.
01 / CUSTOM ORDERS
Because every garment is custom-manufactured to your specific brand requirements, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has been approved and completed.
02 / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect (e.g., fabric tear, incorrect stitching, or wrong sizing against the approved tech pack), please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will repair or replace the defective units at no extra cost.
03 / CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once the fabric has been sourced or the cutting process has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
04 / SHIPPING COSTS
In the event of a valid defect-related return, Active Studio will cover the return shipping costs. For any other authorized returns, the client is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
